These general terms and conditions regulate the online sale of the products offered at www.almendraschirlata.com

The customer will choose the place of receipt of the merchandise at the time of ordering. A delivery address must be provided where the shipment can usually be delivered during morning and afternoon hours.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO TERRITORIAL SCOPE

Peninsular shipments (Spain and Portugal)

  • The delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours once the order has been confirmed and paid for.
  • The service can be tracked via the link that will be sent by e-mail to the customer after the order has been confirmed.
  • A first delivery attempt will be made at the address indicated, and a second delivery attempt will be made by telephone in the event of absence. If the agency does not manage to deliver in these two attempts, the shipment must be picked up at the location that the transport company will indicate to you by means of the tracking number. If, after ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not collected his order, the products will be returned to Almendras Chirlata’s warehouse and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.

European shipments and insular national territory (Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)

  • The delivery time will be 1 to 4 working days once the order has been confirmed and paid for.
  • The service can be tracked via the link that will be sent by e-mail to the customer after the order has been confirmed.
  • Two delivery attempts will be made to the address indicated. If the agency fails to deliver in these two attempts, the shipment must be collected at the parcel service center closest to your address. If after ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice the customer does not collect the products, the products will be returned to Almendras Chirlata warehouses and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.
  • When the company placing the order has an intra-Community VAT number, VAT is 0%.

International shipments (and orders over 100kg)

  • You can place the order in the absence of transport costs (the status of your order will be “pending confirmation”, which replaces the method of payment). This order is placed successfully in the absence of our response by means of an email which will include the complete invoice including transport costs and direct links to payment.   • These orders are considered export shipments and therefore no VAT is charged on either the RRP or the carriage.

In order to guarantee the maximum quality of our products in each order, including during transport, we do not ship on Fridays on a regular basis to avoid them being retained in the parcel warehouses without adequate conservation.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be informed at the time of purchase online, depending on the weight and place of delivery.

If the shipping cost is not automatically assigned by the website, you will see the option “order pending confirmation”, the order will be placed until we contact you by email and send you the invoice including shipping costs and direct payment links.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the order is made by credit or debit card using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction, by bank transfer or by PayPal. The company contacts the Caixa Bank secure payment server, which will ask the customer for all the details of the card they wish to use (Master Card, Visa Card, Maestro). The process is managed directly by the Payment Server’s website, without the company or any third party being able to access them.
