It is low in carbohydrates and gluten free , making it a perfect substitute for wheat flours in celiac diets.

It is very versatile, you can use it both in pastries ( macarons , cookies, cakes, marzipan, cake bases …), to thicken sauces, in the preparation of bread and pizza dough … Perfect to unleash your creativity!

You can substitute it for wheat flour in any recipe, but you will have to take into account that having a greater amount of fiber absorbs more water, so you will need to add between 10% or 20% more liquid. Also in breads and pizzas, which need yeast, you may need to add a small percentage of wheat flour to help fermentation.

How will your organic almond flour arrive?
The almond flour will come in kraft envelopes or cardboard boxes. You will also find a conservation sheet to get the most out of your almond flour and to maintain all its properties.

Although it is not possible in all our products, we try to minimize the use of plastic in packaging and shipments, for this reason we will send your order in recyclable natural packaging or to which you can give a second life.
